Shipping & Returns

To edit this page, log in to your control panel and go to Storefront > Web Pages. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.

Returns Policy

Due to the volatility of the trading card market, all sales are final with the only exception being our error with the order (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Unapproved returns will not be considered. 

In rare circumstances, we may consider accepting returns subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and buyer pays return shipping.  Under no circumstances will refunds be issued 30 days after delivery or unapproved returns, return items missing security tags or opened product.

If we approve your return you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for some items may be weight-based.

  • Free Shipping to the U.S. for all orders over $149.
  • Some items may qualify for free shipping regardless of price.
  • Shipping will be calculated U.S. for all orders under $149.
  • International shipping will be calculated unless noted.
  • Upgraded shipping options at checkout.
  • Tracking Information will be sent once an order has been shipped.
  • Please examine your order carefully to confirm that it is accurate and that there are no damages. If there are any issues, please contact us as soon as you can - DO NOT open the items or we may be unable to provide a full or even partial refund.

Attention International Buyers:

Heroes Sports Cards is now offering FREE SHIPPING to all buyers using the GorillaShip service.  Once we see your Gorilla Ship address we will refund shipping costs.
